This service is modeled off of Fancy Hands, which offers you the ability to submit tasks that take ~20-30 minutes for us to complete. This service is for people who just need help sometimes but want to primarily manage their own online stores.
I'm here to be your Shopify support assistant! I'm not a developer, but I've used Shopify (including Plus) since 2016 and can do anything that doesn't involve custom development. I'm here to make your life easier, especially when you get stuck on something small that I can help you fix.

I will send you access to a ticketing system to report all needs.
Can you help with order and payment setup issues?
No, we do not want to receive any confidential personal information. We will never request access to orders, but we can provide you troubleshooting guidance for steps you need to take to fix the issue you're experiencing.
