Your Shopify store, off your plate. Month after month.

When you got into ecommerce, you didn't picture spending your weeks uploading products, swapping banners, chasing your 3PL, and fixing broken email flows. You pictured running a brand.

I'm here to give that picture back to you.

For a flat monthly subscription, I become your Ecommerce Operations Manager. I'm in your Shopify admin every week, handling the day-to-day so you can focus on the work that actually grows the business. Three tiers, scaled to how much help you need.

What's covered

  • Product uploads and edits. New SKUs, variants, copy, images. Done correctly, on time, to a consistent standard.
  • Site updates. Banner swaps, collection edits, landing pages, promo pages.
  • Order and 3PL support. Fulfillment hiccups, returns, vendor coordination, 3PL communication.
  • App and integration upkeep. Email flows, reviews, analytics, the broken integrations nobody else has time to look at.
  • Weekly check-ins. What got done, what's queued, what needs your attention.
  • Whatever else comes up. If it lives in your Shopify admin, I can probably handle it.

The three tiers

Starter — $100/month, up to 5 hours. Light maintenance for a smaller store. Weekly check-ins, ad hoc product uploads, the basics.

Growth — $250/month, up to 12 hours. Steady ops support. Bi-weekly working sessions, regular site and content updates, faster turnaround on requests. The middle tier is where most stores land.

Full Service — $500/month, up to 30 hours. Like having a part-time ops manager on payroll for a fraction of the cost. Weekly working sessions, dedicated time for projects, deep involvement in your day-to-day.

Hours roll on a calendar-month basis and don't carry over. If you're consistently bumping the ceiling, we'll talk about moving you up a tier.

A great fit if you...

  • Run an English-language Shopify store
  • Have an established brand doing real revenue
  • Own your inventory or work with manufacturers
  • Want consistent, reliable monthly ops support
  • Are ready to stop doing the admin work yourself

Not a fit if you...

  • Run a 100% dropship store from overseas (operations are different, I can't help here)
  • Need a multi-language store managed (not yet supported)
  • Need ad management, customer service, or social media work
  • Need one-off project help (look at my dedicated project engagements instead)

How it works after you subscribe

I'll email you within one business day to request Collaborator access to your Shopify admin and set up your ticketing system. We'll have a kickoff call to record the recurring processes you want me handling, and any one-off projects to start with. From there, you submit requests through your ticketing portal as they come up, and I work through them on your schedule.

Need to scale up or down? Cancel any time. Most clients stay because the value compounds the longer I know your store.

Common questions

How will you gain access to my Shopify store?
I'll request Collaborator access through Shopify, which you approve. I never touch your storefront or theme without explicit approval. Access can be revoked any time from your Shopify admin.

How will I request support needs?
I'll set up a ticketing system you use to submit requests. We'll start the engagement by recording the recurring processes you want me handling, plus any one-off projects to kick off with.

What if I need more hours than my tier covers?
Bump up to the next tier the following month. Or, if it's a one-time spike, we can add hours at $20/hour for that month only. I'll always tell you when you're approaching your ceiling, never silently overage.

Can I pause or cancel?
Cancel any time before your next billing date. No contracts, no penalties. The relationship works because both of us want to keep it going.

Do you handle larger volumes than the Full Service tier?
Yes. If you need more than 30 hours/month, send me a note and I'll build you a custom package. Beyond about 60 hours/month it usually makes more sense to hire someone in-house.

Shopify Partner. English-language stores only. Cancel any time.
