For ongoing needs, we are flexible because we need to be and we recognize that each client/service/product is different. Examples of routine services we provide are:

Who is this service for?

This service is built for people with a US-based ecommerce operation with inventory and revenue of over $2,500+/month. We work with clients who have inventory and are just starting out, but this service is NOT meant for companies that do not carry their own products or who do not work directly with the manufacturer (or sales representative) of your products.

Moss Ecommerce Management exists to amplify small businesses and keep funds in communities. We do not work with stores shipping direct from overseas, using Oberlo, or that are 100% dropship with no relationship with the brand/vendor they are selling (e.g., using dropship apps entirely). We work with companies that know their products REALLY well and will call us out on misrepresenting things.

What is your refund policy?

Our service is intended to be affordable and you are welcome to cancel the next month's subscription at any time, though we appreciate advanced notice and the opportunity to show you our service's value to your business.

In the unlikely event we are unable to resolve your one-time support for a Shopify need, we will make an exception to this policy and refund your order.

What ecommerce platforms do you support?

The services on our site are priced for Shopify store management.

Our team does know how to do BigCommerce and Squarespace, but we would need to provide you a quote based on your store needs. We also have experience moving stores from other platforms to Shopify and can do this for Wix, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and WooCommerce.

What assignment will you NOT do?

We do not do:

  • Customer service for your store
  • Marketing strategy
  • Sales tax setup (we will give you insructions for where to find this)
  • Cyber security
  • Social media management
  • Ads management
  • Ongoing design needs, we do not speak photoshop

Is this a legitimate service?

Yes! We're a remote team that grew up around beautiful Spanish moss and Oak trees (hence "Moss" Ecommerce Management). We're based in Louisiana, but work with people based all over he world. As soon as you sign up, you'll hear from a REAL person! This site is also on Shopify's platform using Shopify's payment gateways offering purchaser protection.
