What 8 weeks looks like
Week 1 — Discovery & Scoping. We audit your current platform, tech stack, SKU count, and integrations. By end of week, you have a written migration plan with dates, dependencies, and a confirmed Shopify plan.
Week 2 — Kick Off & Access. Credentials, dev store, project workspace set up. Everyone who needs access has it before the build starts.
Weeks 3–4 — Data & Migration Prep. Products, customers, orders, gift card balances, reviews, and the URL redirect map. This is the phase where most migrations fail. We spend the most time here.
Weeks 5–6 — Build, Apps & Integrations. Theme, branding, navigation. Payments, taxes, shipping. Reviews, email/SMS, loyalty, subscriptions. Everything connects.

Common questions
Why is this priced at $1,500 when agencies charge $5k+?
Because this is done-WITH-you, not done-FOR-you. You (or your team) do the hands-on work in your Shopify admin, with my system and my guidance. The result: you actually understand your new store. And it costs a fraction of agency pricing because you're doing the clicks.
Do I pay all $1,500 upfront?
Yes, payment is at purchase. This filters for serious commitments and lets me block out your start date immediately.
What if I need to pause partway through?
Life happens. The 8 weekly sessions are valid for 12 weeks from kickoff, so a 1-2 week pause is fine. Longer pauses we handle case-by-case.
What if I'm already mid-migration with another agency?
Sometimes we can pick up where you left off. Send me a note with where you are and what's stuck, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.
What's the refund policy?
If I don't deliver what's listed in this package — the playbook, the weekly calls, the Slack support, the 30-day post-launch window — you get a full refund. The guarantee covers what's in my control. It doesn't cover decisions you make against my recommendations or work performed by third parties.
