What file formats are these?
One PDF guide and one .docx template. The .docx opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Apple Pages. Drag it into Drive and open with Docs if you prefer working there.

Is this Shopify-specific?
The conventions and field names are Shopify-native, but the disciplines and template structure work for any ecommerce platform. If you're on BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or another platform, you'll need to translate field names but the system holds.

Can my team use it on multiple stores?
Yes. Single user license covers unlimited stores under your ownership or management. Duplicate the template for each store you manage. You just can't resell or redistribute the files.
